Co-ed instructional and recreational waterpolo program; girls and boys will train and play together.
For players born in 2010+
No waterpolo experience required.
Must be able to swim 1 width of the pool (10 meters) unassisted.
Children should be comfortable in deep water. A flotation device may be worn for long periods in deep water. Flotation devices are provided at the aquatic centers.
Designed for children who love the water, love to have fun, love to be active, and love to throw a ball around - all while having fun in a team sport environment.

Play supervised contact scrimmages against each other during practices and against other teams in the Montreal area as part of the Ligue des Pamplemousses (LdP).
Program corresponds to the FUNdamentals and Technical Foundation phases of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model.
